Casey Rodriguez, (9-12) Teacher
Casey Rodriguez grew up here in Cincinnati, but spent the last four years living in Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education in 2013.
In North Carolina, Casey worked as a (9-12) lead teacher while completing her Montessori training. In addition, Casey benefited from various professional development opportunities as well. Casey’s favorite aspect of Montessori education is the strong relationship made with students and parents and that spirit of collaboration.
Casey loves to travel and explore inside and outside the country. She has visited many European countries and hopes to continue her travels during school breaks. She also enjoys playing soccer, running and kayaking. Casey is looking forward to being back in her hometown and being a part of The New School Montessori community.
