TICKETS FOR FRIENDS ARE $50.

Forms and Due Dates:

  • Contracts for next school year are due.
  • Check Friday folders (and the attachment in this email) for an opportunity to create appreciation ads in the back of the yearbook.
  • Spring Break Care Forms due Mar 21

BOX TOPS COUNTED ON TUESDAY

Please bring your boxtops in for the last counting this school year. Amy Ramberg will collect them from the box on the Mansion Lobby mantel on Tuesday. The collection box will remain on the mantel throughout the year as we continue to gather more for the counting date next fall. Each boxtop counts as $.10 and we usually receive $300 or so for the year.

 

AUCTION INFO:

BRING CASH FOR THE BAR– After you use your 2 complimentary drink tickets, you may purchase drinks at the bar, but they don’t accept credit cards.

HEADS OR TAILS RAFFLE – Buy as many chances as you’d like to split the pot with TNSM and have the fun of choosing heads or tails with the rest to see who’s left to win the prize.

TAKE A CHANCE TO WIN a Robert Mondavi Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon or other gems – Pick a number to win the corresponding bottle of wine.

We have had wonderful support from our community of parents and local businesses. Many of you have donated teacher sponsorships, have given cash, items or community parties toward this important fundraiser for our school. Thank you.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED AUCTION QUESTIONS

Do I receive a physical ticket? No. We keep track and will have a bidding packet waiting for you at the door.

What do I wear? Some people dress up- some don’t; I wear a nice top, black pants and comfy shoes.

Where is Longworth Hall? 700 WEST Pete Rose Way and there’s plenty of free parking.

When does it REALLY start? It really does start at 6:00. We are moving things along so we can begin LIVE auction earlier in the evening.

What about food? During silent auction we will have passed appetizers (from Petite Pierre), homemade bread from Joe Belluso and cheese from the Penn/Smith family. And this year during the live auction we will have a light entree served at the table family style with purchased champagne, and desserts from Queen City Cookies.

Are there vegetarian options?  We offer a diverse selection of appetizers with meat and veggies, but if you would like us to have additional vegetarian options set aside for you, email Jan Goings ASAP
