MORE DETAIL:

Camp Ernst Experience

Each year elementary-age children enjoy the camaraderie and the mastery of new skills learned during an overnight experience at Camp Ernst. With encouragement from teachers, friends and parent chaperones, the children accomplish amazing things!

Senior Projects

There are many traditions and experiences at TNSM that we all enjoy. One of our favorites is Senior Projects.

The 6th graders spend the entire school year working on their Senior Project and subsequent presentation. They begin by choosing a topic to research, learning the fundamentals of research, writing, organization, and time-management skills. Once the research paper is complete, students practice an equally important skill of summarizing their 10-20 page paper into a well-rehearsed 5-minute PowerPoint presentation.
