Cultural lesson began with Chinese writing and ended with egg drop soup February 16, 2016 Kaylee’s family gave TNSM preprimary students a Chinese writing lesson. Teacher Debbie Weinstein followed up the lesson with a demonstration and tasting of egg drop soup.
