Emilie Spatz, (3-6) Assistant Teacher
Emily graduated from Ohio University in 2016 with a BA in finance and economics and with a music minor. After college, she realized that she wanted to make an impact with young children. Emilie was introduced to the Montessori method as a child in a Montessori program and decided to earn her Montessori certification 0-3 and 3-6 from the North American Montessori Center. In the fall, Emilie will be attending Xavier University to pursue a Masters in Montessori Education to obtain her 3-6 AMS certification, as well as her P-5 licensure.
Emilie’s interests include music and learning many different kinds of instruments, writing, working alongside her husband in their church’s youth ministry, and going on adventures with her husband (even if it is just to the grocery store).
