JJ Brady, Co-Kitchen Manager/chef
JJ has been in the food industry business for 35 years and has been friends with Audrey Cobb (her co-chef) for much of that time. JJ has worked in many restaurants from fine dining to production work and specializes in baking. When JJ isn’t cooking, she’s catching up with her grown children (one in KY and one in CA), dog sitting for friends or is planning catering jobs on evenings or weekends.
