For the past few years on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, we’ve enjoyed a hearty breakfast of pancakes, fruit and turkey sausage served by TNSM students. It’s a great opportunity to visit with friends, alumni, neighbors and other TNSM staff and parents while also enjoying a fabulous art show of students’ works. This year we are featuring some performances from after school clubs in addition to student-created art. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door for $7/ person or $25/ family.

A beautiful night that culminates a year-long research study of the child’s choice. Friends, parents, staff, grandparents and alums enjoy an evening of live, 5-minute power-point presentations. All are welcome to attend. It’s something special to see.

TNSM strings instructor Melissa Robinson has been leading our strings and orchestra program for 2 years. She served as the Director of the Strings Division at Northern Kentucky University for 8 years. We look forward to seeing our children share what they’ve learned. Presentations will include: TNSM’s Orchestra and Beginning String’s Final Concert

You are welcome to attend TNSM Board meetings usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. We have 12 parent board members each year who meet with administrative staff to help guide the business and mission of the school.

Kate Wilford’s Fall Acting club will perform their routines.

 

The elementary-age students have the opportunity each year to experience a high adventure YMCA camp called Camp Ernst with its jumbo water slides, kayaks, rope bridges, climbing walls, zip lines and rope swings. It’s a wonderful time for students, parent chaperones and staff to challenge themselves a bit and to get to know one another better on this 2-day and 1-night adventure.
